Computers are fun and we want our pupils to really enjoy learning about them! At the same time, we also believe its important to challenge our pupils and set high expectations for their performance to ensure they are fully prepared for the challenges of further and higher education and for the world of work. We promote active and responsible citizenship and work hard to develop our youngsters as effective and successful learners.

Computers are great for developing independent learning and building self-confidence as well as creating opportunities to work collaboratively with others in solving problems and completing tasks. A great feature of studying Administration & IT is that our students develop and extend their problem-solving skills. Solving IT problems means thinking "algorithmically" - in other words breaking down tasks into stages and steps that are ordered, sequential and logical. This is an essential skill that is transferable to many other subject areas and highly desired by employers who need individuals who are analytical and solution-focused.
